About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will design and maintain the infrastructure that powers our applications and client solutions.
The role focuses on automation, reliability, and security across cloud platforms.
You will work closely with development teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements
- Ensure security best practices across infrastructure
First 90 Days
- Gain full understanding of our current infrastructure and tooling
- Take ownership of specific infrastructure components
- Implement improvements to existing CI/CD processes
Expected Outcome: After 90 days, you will be independently managing key infrastructure components and contributing to strategic improvements.

Requirements
- 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure experience
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Linux system administration skills
This Role Does Not Include
- 24/7 on-call rotation (structured on-call schedule)
