Key Responsibilities
- Map and analyze current business processes
- Identify digitalization opportunities and ROI
- Design optimized future-state processes
- Lead process improvement workshops
- Support change management and adoption
First 90 Days
- Complete process methodology training
- Participate in active digitalization projects
- Lead a process mapping initiative
Expected Outcome: By 90 days, you will be independently leading process analysis for client projects.

Requirements
- 3+ years of business process analysis experience
- Experience with digitalization and automation projects
- Strong process modeling and documentation skills
- Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills

- Technical implementation or coding
- Ongoing process monitoring (project-based focus)
