First 90 Days
- Learn our BI tools and data infrastructure
- Deliver your first client dashboard or report
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders
Expected Outcome: By 90 days, you will be independently managing data analysis projects for clients.

Requirements
- 2+ years of data analysis experience
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data visualization best practices
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
