Key Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7/365 command center shifts overseeing critical enterprise client infrastructures.
- Coordinate rapid containment of P1/P2 incidents under guaranteed response SLAs (< 15 min).
- Triage cybersecurity telemetry and threat vectors using SIEM (Wazuh), Suricata, and endpoint agents.
- Write Root Cause Analysis (RCA) postmortems and refine automated incident response runbooks.
Candidate Qualifications
- 3+ years in operational NOC, SOC, or systems administration environments.
- Solid technical grasp of TCP/IP networking, Linux systems administration, and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus).
- Demonstrated calm and methodical problem-solving during time-critical outages.
- Willingness to participate in a structured rotating shift schedule.
