About the Role
As an Odoo ERP Consultant, you will lead the full lifecycle of ERP implementations.
The role combines business analysis, project management, and technical configuration skills.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients during their ERP journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business requirement analysis for ERP implementations
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client needs
- Manage implementation projects and timelines
- Train end-users and provide post-implementation support
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
First 90 Days
- Complete Odoo platform certification training
- Shadow senior consultants on active implementations
- Take ownership of specific implementation workstreams
Expected Outcome: After 90 days, you will be managing client relationships and implementation activities independently.
Challenges

- Coordinating between client teams and technical developers
Requirements
- 2+ years of ERP implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and functionality
- Project management skills and experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of business processes across departments
This Role Does Not Include
- Custom module development (handed to developers)
- Server administration
- Cold sales or lead generation
