Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document system requirements
- Create functional specifications and process diagrams
- Coordinate between business stakeholders and development teams
- Support testing and implementation activities
First 90 Days
- Complete methodology and tools training
- Shadow senior analysts on active projects
- Lead requirements gathering for a smaller initiative
Expected Outcome: After 90 days, you will be independently managing requirements for project components.

Requirements
- 2+ years of system analysis experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
