About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures for enterprise applications
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and frameworks
- Define data pipelines and model deployment strategies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align AI solutions with objectives
- Mentor and guide AI/ML development teams
First 90 Days
- Review and assess current AI initiatives and capabilities
- Develop architecture standards and best practices documentation
- Lead the design of at least one major AI solution
Expected Outcome: By 90 days, you will have established AI architecture standards and be leading strategic AI initiatives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and architecture
- Strong expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)
- Understanding of MLOps, data engineering, and model deployment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
