About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Build and validate predictive and prescriptive models
- Develop data visualizations and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models
- Research and apply new data science techniques and methodologies
First 90 Days
- Complete onboarding and understand existing data infrastructure
- Deliver your first predictive model or analytics project
- Establish relationships with key business stakeholders
Expected Outcome: By 90 days, you will be independently leading data science projects and contributing to business decisions.
Challenges
- Working with messy, incomplete, or unstructured data
- Communicating complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Balancing model accuracy with interpretability and business needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics
- Strong Python or R skills with data science libraries
- Experience with ML algorithms and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
