Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee high-throughput enterprise software applications and distributed microservices.
- Define engineering guidelines, code standards, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with client enterprise architects to solve core business problems with durable designs.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and implement critical platform services using Go, Kubernetes, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
Candidate Qualifications
- 7+ years in professional software engineering, with at least 3+ years in an architect or technical lead capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems fundamentals, ACID properties, resilience patterns, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on mastery of Go or modern systems languages, alongside production Kubernetes deployment experience.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills in English.
