About the Role
As an Odoo ERP Developer, you will work on customizing and extending Odoo functionality to meet specific client requirements.
The role combines technical development with understanding business processes to deliver effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom Odoo modules and extensions
- Customize existing Odoo functionality to meet client requirements
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Document technical solutions and maintain code quality
First 90 Days
- Complete onboarding and familiarize yourself with our development standards
- Take ownership of specific module development tasks
- Contribute to ongoing client projects with increasing independence
Expected Outcome: After the first 90 days, you will be a fully integrated team member contributing to client deliverables.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Odoo development
- Strong Python programming skills
- Understanding of Odoo ORM and module architecture
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases
- Knowledge of XML, QWeb templates, and Odoo views
This Role Does Not Include
- Direct client sales activities
- On-site client visits (remote work)
- 24/7 system monitoring
