About the Role
As a Python Developer, you will join a team working on both client-facing solutions and internal technical tasks.
The role is focused on hands-on development with a clear emphasis on delivering high-quality results in a predictable and sustainable manner.
The primary objective of this position is to help balance the team’s workload and ensure stable execution across different types of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement client-facing features
- Work on internal technical solutions and improvements
- Maintain, fix, and improve existing codebases
- Integrate external systems and APIs
- Work across multiple tasks while following defined priorities
First 90 Days
- Take over a portion of client and internal tasks from the existing team
- Help reduce context switching and workload pressure within the team
- Contribute to more stable delivery in terms of both quality and deadlines
Expected Outcome: Successful onboarding into this role will result in a calmer team workflow and improved client satisfaction.
Challenges

Requirements
- Experience with Python development
- Ability to work with and improve existing code
- Experience integrating APIs and external systems
- Strong ability to plan and organize work independently

This Role Does Not Include
- 24/7 on-call responsibilities
- Team management duties
- Daily communication with clients
