About the Role
As a UI/UX Developer, you will bridge the gap between design and development, creating interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.
The role combines design thinking with technical implementation skills.
You will work on projects ranging from corporate websites to complex web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive web interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Implement designs using React and modern CSS frameworks
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs
First 90 Days
- Complete design system familiarization
- Deliver your first complete UI component or page
- Establish working relationships with product and development teams
Expected Outcome: By the end of 90 days, you will be contributing full design-to-development cycles for UI components.
Challenges
- Balancing aesthetic preferences with usability requirements
- Working within existing design systems and brand guidelines
- Adapting designs for various device sizes and capabilities
Requirements
- 2+ years of UI/UX development experience
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS/Tailwind
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and development skills
