For two days in October, Ķīpsala becomes the Baltic capital of business technology. RIGACOMM is the region’s largest business technology trade show and conference: more than 3,000 business leaders, IT professionals and partners, and more than ten conference tracks, from artificial intelligence and cybersecurity to enterprise software and digital transformation.
This year we will be there too. Not with brochures, but with the people who look after your servers, your enterprise digitalization and software solutions and your night shifts.
Three practices, one conversation
Most IT questions do not start in one department. Slow enterprise digitalization and software solutions turn out to be a network problem, a security audit leads to backups, and a new web shop leads to cloud costs. That is why the heads of all three Lailio practices are coming to RIGACOMM:
- Infrastructure & Cloud: data centres, networks, storage, private and public cloud. Come with the question of where your systems should live and what it really costs.
- Digitalization & Software: Enterprise digitalization and software solutions, integrations, data platforms and custom software. Come with the process that still takes too much Excel today.
- IT Operations & Service: 24/7 monitoring, SLAs, security patching and incident response. Come with whatever keeps you awake at night.
One conversation, three points of view, and often an answer no single department would have reached on its own.
Leadership you can talk to without an introduction
Lailio’s founders Pēteris Elksnis and Māris Jansons will be there as well. If you want to know what a long-term partnership looks like, how our SLAs work or why we are vendor-neutral, this is your chance to ask directly and get an answer without a marketing filter.
Engineers, not salespeople
Next to the leadership you will find the people who write the code, build the infrastructure and look after quality every day: Ilgmārs, Kristers, Rinalds, Ērika, Indra, Rihards and Sintija. Ask them about Kubernetes, DevOps pipelines, Odoo, access rights or what a good project acceptance looks like. They know, because they do it every day.
What to bring
The best conversations at a trade show start with a real problem. So we suggest you bring:
- One question your team has no answer to right now. The harder, the better.
- A sketch of your IT landscape. A photo of a whiteboard is enough.
- The number that worries you. A cloud bill, hours of downtime or the days it takes to close the month.
We do not promise an answer on the spot to every question. We promise an honest opinion and a next step that makes sense.
How to book a meeting
Time flies at a trade show. If you want a specific person or a longer conversation, write to us in advance and we will agree on a time that suits both sides. Or just find us at Ķīpsala and say: “I have one question.”
See you at RIGACOMM!
